Under the guidance of renowned Chef Ricardo Costa, this culinary journey promises to take participants on a true odyssey of flavors and regionality, bringing together Portugal's gastronomic elite under one roof.

 

Get ready for a symphony of flavors as guest chefs from different regions of Portugal present the best of their origins and cuisines. From the aromas of the South represented by the talented Chef Noélia, the Dão represented by Chef Diogo Rocha, Chef Kiko for Lisbon, Bairrada by the hand of Chef Ricardo Mugasa, to the authentic flavors of the North, with the Bisaro pork sausages and the Trás-os-Montes charms of Chef Óscar Geadas, each dish will be a true celebration of Portugal's gastronomic diversity.

In the beautiful spaces of The Yeatman, you will have the opportunity to taste a variety of unique dishes, accompanied by the best wines from each region. In addition, other delicacies, such as Azorean cheeses, will also be available for lovers of good gastronomy.
